The Last Ship is Sting’s 2013 album inspired by the shipbuilding community of Wallsend in northeast England, where he grew up.

Songs such as The Last Ship, Dead Man’s Boots, And Yet, August Winds and Practical Arrangement show Sting in one of his most narrative and character-driven musical settings.
