The Complete Reprise Studio Albums Volume 1 collects the first major chapter of Eric Clapton’s Reprise Records years, covering the period from Money and Cigarettes through Pilgrim.
The box set includes newly remastered versions of six studio albums: Money and Cigarettes, Behind the Sun, August, Journeyman, From the Cradle and Pilgrim. These albums trace Clapton’s 1980s and 1990s work across blues rock, polished studio production, chart singles and a return to deep blues influences.
This 12LP vinyl box set was released by Reprise and includes an additional LP of Rarities 1983–1998. The collection is pressed on 180 g vinyl, with mastering by Bob Ludwig at Gateway Mastering and vinyl lacquers cut by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering.
